About the role
- Responsible for scheduling and leading status meetings, requirements gathering sessions, and other ad hoc meetings.
- Develop project scopes, objectives and project timeline, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Documenting business requirements, processes and workflows, building data mapping template and data visualization for the Client to understand the complete flow of the integration.
- Support the deployment, adoption, and scaling of solutions developed for the Client.
- Coordinate internal technical consultants and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Identify upsell opportunities during the integration projects and draft Change Requests for approval.
Requirements
- CEGEP or College Diploma equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration and Management; or a closely related field and 2-3 years of job-related experience in an information technology environment focused on HR systems.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously that often have competing timelines and deadlines within budget and project scope.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
- A proven track record in Client engagement and demonstrated exceptional delivery and problem-solving skills.
- Strong background in gathering business requirements and development of data maps for integrations, including Oracle HCM.
- Demonstrated experience in the development of project plans to manage resources within budget and project scope.
- Strong problem-solving skills, both technical and business.
- Self-aware, motivated, coachable, ability to collaborate with all team members.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute or similarly recognized organization (Nice to Have).
- Experience with HR/Financial data integrations (Nice to Have).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration and Management or its equivalent professional experience (Nice to Have).
- French, Spanish, Arabic or any other languages (Nice to Have).
