Join the Flexcon Team as an Inside Sales Representative.
Generate sales and grow revenue by contacting potential customers and converting leads into sales.
Conduct research on prospects and respond to inbound inquiries.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by qualifying leads and nurturing relationships.
Collaborate interdepartmentally and engage customers via various channels to provide product information.
Forecast and maintain accurate records in Salesforce and ERP systems.
Meet target KPIs and close new sales opportunities to grow revenue.
Provide customer service support as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or relevant business experience
2-5 years of experience interfacing directly with customers and internal resources to achieve goals within limited timeframes
2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of success in customer satisfaction and/or inside sales roles, preferably in converter/ printing, manufacturing, or raw material markets
General relevant product/industry knowledge
Excellent communication, interpersonal and follow-up skills
Self-starter, motivated to drive sales and own the inside sales process
Strong collaboration skills with other departments- marketing, customer service, technical service, and outside sales
