About the role
- Full-Cycle High-Volume Recruiting Manage 30–60+ active requisitions across multiple markets.
- Review AI-generated interview summaries, prescreens, and recommended candidate matches.
- Conduct in-depth interviews, evaluate qualifications, and advance candidates through the hiring process.
- Schedule final interviews, manage offer processes, and ensure smooth handoff to onboarding.
- AI Recruiting Platform Engagement Utilize AI tools to streamline sourcing, prescreening, and candidate engagement.
- Provide feedback to the TA Manager on AI screening accuracy and candidate quality.
- Monitor candidate flow, refine AI-driven interview question sets, and flag mismatches or process gaps.
- Sourcing & Candidate Pipeline Building Execute sourcing strategies across job boards, career fairs, social platforms, and local outreach partnerships.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships and provide timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Track data in the ATS and ensure compliance with all hiring standards.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of high-volume recruiting experience in automotive, retail, manufacturing, logistics, or similar industries.
- Experience using or supporting AI recruiting tools (e.g., AI screeners, automated interview platforms, AI sourcing tools).
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to work efficiently with high req loads.
- Excellent communication and candidate-relations abilities.
- Ability to operate with speed, accuracy, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
