About the role
- Assist with operations projects that strengthen consistency, efficiency, and scalability across the organization
- Support process documentation, workflow updates, and operational improvements
- Collect and organize information needed for internal initiatives, including training materials, SOP updates, project trackers, and resource libraries
- Coordinate with employees and consultants to gather input, verify information, and support project timelines
- Participate in internal meetings, observe operational processes, and assist with follow-up tasks
- Contribute ideas to help Flex HR improve operational excellence and employee/consultant experience
- Build strong working relationships across departments
- Maintain flexibility and willingness to take on additional tasks aligned with business needs
- Work in an environment that values learning, growth, curiosity, and collaboration
Requirements
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program (preferred)
- Interest in HR, business operations, consulting, or organizational development
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage tasks in a dynamic environment
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust and collaborate with diverse teams
- Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to complete assignments on time
