About the role

  • Support in end-to-end recruiting: drafting job postings, active sourcing, coordinating interviews and managing the entire application process
  • Active sourcing and identification of suitable candidates via platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting channels
  • Close collaboration with hiring managers to define job requirements and pre-select suitable candidates
  • Ensure a professional and respectful candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain and build talent pipelines for future positions
  • Support recruiting projects and the use of modern tools and AI applications in recruiting
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruiting process improvements

Requirements

  • Initial practical experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (approx. 1–2 years), e.g. in an HR department, a startup or a recruitment agency
  • Degree in business, psychology, HR or a comparable qualification
  • Structured, independent and proactive working style
  • Strong communication skills, empathy and a good instinct for people
  • Interest in digital business models and modern recruiting tools
  • Openness to new technologies and the use of AI in recruiting
  • Very good German and English skills
