About the role

  • Develop and maintain Maintenance Programs for our large heavy commercial vehicle fleets
  • Carry out fleet and workshop auditing in alignment with these Maintenance programs
  • Carry out build management and new vehicle inspections on all new HCV assets
  • Act as escalation point for the business to address any HCV related issues (high cost repairs, major failures, warranty disputes etc)
  • Act as subject matter expert for customer strategic reviews or similar
  • Raise and amend quotes as required.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years’ experience within the heavy vehicle fleet and/or mechanical repair industry
  • Strong knowledge of the commercial vehicle industry
  • A trade qualification
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A current driver’s licence and willingness to obtain, at a minimum, an HR licence
  • The ability to travel intrastate regularly and interstate occasionally (approximately one week per month)
