About the role
- Develop and maintain Maintenance Programs for our large heavy commercial vehicle fleets
- Carry out fleet and workshop auditing in alignment with these Maintenance programs
- Carry out build management and new vehicle inspections on all new HCV assets
- Act as escalation point for the business to address any HCV related issues (high cost repairs, major failures, warranty disputes etc)
- Act as subject matter expert for customer strategic reviews or similar
- Raise and amend quotes as required.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience within the heavy vehicle fleet and/or mechanical repair industry
- Strong knowledge of the commercial vehicle industry
- A trade qualification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A current driver’s licence and willingness to obtain, at a minimum, an HR licence
- The ability to travel intrastate regularly and interstate occasionally (approximately one week per month)
