About the role
- Pro-active management of customer fleets by ensuring contractual arrangements are delivered in conjunction of the Relationship team.
- Developing and managing Fleet Replacement plans to ensure assets are delivered in full, on-time and in specification
- Monitoring all asset builds to ensure as ordered and meets safety and compliance
- Proactively pursue new opportunities in line with our customer segmentation and lead generation strategy
- Assist RM and Implementation Manager in onboarding requirements, specifically as it relates to custom fitouts.
- Build and deliver formal and informal presentations to potential customers. Audience may include Fleet managers, Procurement Managers, Operations, CFO’s and GM’s.
- Assist tenders team prepare complex tender responses, with focus on selling the operational benefits of FleetPartners
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Commercial Vehicle Industry
- 2+ years experience in a B2B sales environment with demonstrable presentation, prospect engagement and negotiation skills
- A proven ability to build, manage and influence stakeholder relationships
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets, KPI’s and customer commitments
- Demonstrated skill in analysing complex situations & developing solutions
- Experience in the use of spreadsheet formats & “Microsoft Office” applications
