About the role
- Support with the day-to-day delivery of the Compliance team, including quality and compliance checks
- Performing regular compliance checks and reporting findings to the Head of Compliance
- Producing required reporting and ensuring that it is communicated to relevant stakeholders
- Assisting with the implementation of new compliance projects and development of relevant supporting content
- Responding to ad hoc compliance requests as necessary
- Identifying training requirements from compliance check findings and assisting with the development and delivery of training content, training sessions and training plans/process improvements.
Requirements
- Previous experience in compliance or financial services is desirable.
- Knowledge of FCA and/or Data Protection regulation is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve
- Proficient in using Microsoft packages, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- Attention to detail is essential
- Complaints handling experience
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- You’re open to ideas and concepts presented by others.
- You genuinely enjoy engaging with co-workers to get work done.
