Research Scientist

• Develop repeatable, scalable audio/video dataset curation pipelines and lip sync model training workflows across multiple datasets
• Train, fine-tune, and manage audio/video and lip sync model variants as model dependencies, data, and architectures evolve
• Incorporate new datasets and model updates as they become available
• Design, automate, and maintain audio/video datasets and lip sync metric testing pipelines
• Generate new quantitative and qualitative metrics to evaluate audio/video and lip sync quality
• Produce comparisons, visualizations, and analyses to inform research and product decisions
• Partner closely with audio/video and lip sync researchers to support ongoing and future research initiatives
• Validate audio/video and lip sync quality to improve out-of-the-box approval rates and reduce downstream cost and iteration time
• Collaborate with Science, Engineering, and Product teams to align research outputs with company goals

Senior Applied Scientist – Multimodal

Product Designer

• You'll own design work across the full process, including problem framing, concepting, prototyping, testing, iteration, and handoff.
• You'll contribute to our goal of enabling one user to create one hour of vubbed content in one day by improving the speed and clarity of key workflows in TrueSync.
• You'll use AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code to explore and communicate solutions quickly, producing clear, testable POCs before development begins.
• You'll talk directly with internal and external users to understand pain points, validate solutions, and improve your decisions.
• You'll collaborate with Product and Engineering, helping to shape user stories and requirements so developers can build with confidence.
• You'll design workflows that handle ambiguity, system status, and complex user decisions.

Support Engineer

• Provide essential tech support and infrastructure services across the company.
• Deploy and maintain services that secure our organisation and its data.
• Manage the full lifecycle of support tickets, from triage to resolution.
• Administer onboarding and offboarding processes for all staff.
• Perform regular maintenance and reporting on key IT services.
• Collaborate on and manage technical projects to improve our infrastructure.
