About the role

  • Sell our solutions during in-person, face-to-face sales meetings with owners of small and medium-sized businesses
  • Proactively generate your own sales opportunities through cold prospecting visits, customer referrals, and your personal network
  • Maximize productivity and success through thorough training
  • Be responsible for the delivery and installation of equipment after selling the solutions
  • Measure performance based on the ability to meet and exceed monthly installation and transaction volume targets

Requirements

  • Enthusiastic about selling
  • Comfortable working in the field and visiting prospective clients
  • Resilient during cold prospecting visits and able to stay motivated despite repeated rejections
  • Proactive in planning and identifying new sales opportunities
  • Able to work independently and manage your workday
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Motivated to meet — and exceed — specific monthly targets
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Driver's license required
  • Prior sales or customer-facing experience is an asset but not required to join Flatpay
