About the role
- Sell our solutions during in-person, face-to-face sales meetings with owners of small and medium-sized businesses
- Proactively generate your own sales opportunities through cold prospecting visits, customer referrals, and by leveraging your personal network
- Deliver and install the equipment sold
- Performance measured by your ability to meet and exceed monthly installation targets and the associated payment transaction volume
Requirements
- Enthusiastic about selling
- Comfortable working in the field and visiting potential customers
- Resilient during cold prospecting visits and able to stay motivated despite multiple rejections
- Proactive in planning and identifying new sales opportunities
- Able to work independently and manage your workday
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Motivated to meet — and exceed — specific monthly targets
- Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in French and English
- Driver’s license required
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required to join Flatpay
