Client Partner

• Own and grow relationships with our most important letting agency and Build-to-Rent partners.
• Drive revenue growth through deeper product adoption, expansion opportunities and contract renewals.
• Develop account growth plans and identify opportunities to increase partner value, retention and revenue.
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and lead regular business reviews.
• Ensure partners get value from flatfair and have a positive experience throughout their journey.
• Work closely with Product, Operations and Support to resolve issues, improve outcomes and influence future improvements.
• Define and evolve our partner growth and retention strategy.
• Lead and develop a small team supporting partner success and growth.
• Own reporting against key commercial metrics including partner revenue growth, retention and satisfaction.
