About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and grow relationships with our most important letting agency and Build-to-Rent partners.
- Drive revenue growth through deeper product adoption, expansion opportunities and contract renewals.
- Develop account growth plans and identify opportunities to increase partner value, retention and revenue.
- Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and lead regular business reviews.
- Ensure partners get value from flatfair and have a positive experience throughout their journey.
- Work closely with Product, Operations and Support to resolve issues, improve outcomes and influence future improvements.
- Define and evolve our partner growth and retention strategy.
- Lead and develop a small team supporting partner success and growth.
- Own reporting against key commercial metrics including partner revenue growth, retention and satisfaction.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant, demonstrable experience in partnerships, account management, customer success or a similar commercial role.
- A track record of growing revenue within existing customer or partner accounts.
- Experience managing complex relationships with senior stakeholders, including Director and C-suite level contacts.
- Commercially minded, with experience negotiating contracts and discussing pricing and business value.
- Experience leading, coaching and developing a small team.
- Understanding of the UK residential lettings, Build-to-Rent, PropTech or wider property sector would be beneficial.
- Organised, commercially minded and comfortable working in a scaling business.
