Requirements

  • Technical or undergraduate degree in progress in tourism, hospitality, business administration or equivalent fields.
  • Experience with customer support through digital channels.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in corporate travel.
  • Knowledge of OBT and GDS systems.
  • Familiarity with car rental systems and airline systems.
  • Familiarity with accommodation platforms/providers.
