About the role
- Customer service via Flashcare, Twilio, HubSpot, chat and email, ensuring efficient and personalized support.
- Quoting, booking, ticketing and reissuing of domestic and international travel services.
Requirements
- Technical or undergraduate degree in progress in tourism, hospitality, business administration or equivalent fields.
- Experience with customer support through digital channels.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience in corporate travel.
- Knowledge of OBT and GDS systems.
- Familiarity with car rental systems and airline systems.
- Familiarity with accommodation platforms/providers.
