About the role
- Structure and lead product and feature launch processes, ensuring alignment among stakeholders and driven by a testing culture.
- Translate qualitative and quantitative feedback from commercial teams into actionable inputs for Product teams.
- Build and evolve the offering strategy, including positioning, differentiators, and key messaging.
- Continuously map the market, turning insights into strategic recommendations.
- Adjust course based on test results, applying an 80:20 approach.
- Lead and develop a team of 4 people with varying seniority and career stages, distributing tasks, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring consistent team delivery.
- Act as a facilitator across departments, promoting collaboration and alignment.
- Advocate for projects and documents with clarity, evidence, and a focus on business impact.
Requirements
- Previous experience in strategic areas such as Consulting, RevOps, Strategy, Product, etc.
- Proficiency in GSuite (Sheets and Slides) and/or Microsoft Office
- Strong ability to structure presentations
- Analytical capability both quantitatively and qualitatively (turning feedback into insights).
