About the role

  • Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, including non-standard contracts received from mid-size and large clients.
  • Provide direct legal support to business areas (especially Commercial and Product), offering consultative legal guidance to enable strategies and close deals.
  • Contribute to structuring and adapting standard contracts, monitoring changes in products, offerings and commercial strategies.
  • Assess and negotiate sensitive clauses (liability, risks, regulatory obligations, SLAs, penalties), with guidance from senior legal team members when necessary.
  • Work in a high-volume contractual environment, ensuring organization, prioritization and meeting deadlines.
  • Support monitoring of the area’s operational metrics (contract volumes, timelines, bottlenecks and internal SLAs).

Requirements

  • Law degree with active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association).
  • Practical experience with commercial contracts, especially in negotiation contexts.
  • Prior experience in startups, fintechs, payment institutions or companies of a size similar to Flash.
  • Strong communication skills for interaction with internal teams and external clients.
  • Organized, agile profile with a clear sense of priorities.
