About the role
- Manage and develop a portfolio of clients, focusing on account retention and expansion (farming);
- Identify and diagnose opportunities within existing clients, mapping needs and creating value propositions;
- Build relationships with decision-makers, using executive-level communication and a consultative approach;
- Manage stakeholders, respecting internal and client workflows and processes;
- Navigate different products and services, structuring a value proposition aligned with the client’s needs;
- Lead negotiations and manage delivery expectations and targets;
- Organize and prioritize time and tasks in a dynamic, cross-functional environment;
- Maintain a sense of urgency and high quality in customer service.
Requirements
- Strong background in consultative selling, account retention and development (farming);
- Experience in account management and relationship management with corporate clients (B2B);
- Analytical ability to identify business opportunities;
- Strong communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships;
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (São Paulo/SP).
- Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot is a plus).
