About the role

  • Routine & Productivity Management: You will be responsible for organizing and planning your prospecting, qualification and follow-up activities in HubSpot, keeping the CRM updated and maintaining the discipline required for remote work.
  • Active Prospecting: Maintain a consistent volume of activity, with a predominance of calls, supplemented by emails and WhatsApp.
  • Consultative and Personalized Approach: Build rapport with interlocutors, creating human connections that facilitate conversations and help overcome resistance.
  • Objection Handling: Manage common objections such as "I already have a supplier" or "long contracts" by using solid arguments about Flash's differentiators and the value of the solution.
  • Opportunity Prioritization: Prioritize leads with higher potential, focusing on the early hours of the day for high-impact contacts and ensuring effective cold outreach.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in active (OUTBOUND) prospecting, with experience in pre-sales focused on acquiring new leads from scratch and opening new markets.
  • Experience making cold calls and handling a high daily activity volume, using the phone as the primary communication channel.
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills, with the ability to plan and structure your work routine independently and efficiently.
