About the role

  • Lead and manage the Account Managers team;
  • The team is responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of clients, with a focus on account retention and expansion (farming);
  • Identify and diagnose opportunities within existing clients, mapping needs and creating value propositions;
  • Build relationships with decision-makers using executive-level communication and a consultative approach;
  • Manage stakeholders, adhering to internal and client processes and workflows;
  • Navigate across different products and services, structuring value propositions aligned with client needs;
  • Conduct negotiations and manage delivery expectations and targets;
  • Organize and manage time and priorities in a dynamic, cross-functional environment;
  • Maintain a sense of urgency and high quality in client service;

Requirements

  • Strong people management skills
  • Experience with KPI strategy and team management
  • Technical knowledge in consultative selling, account retention, and account development (farming)
  • Experience in account management and corporate (B2B) client relationships
  • Analytical ability to identify business opportunities
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model (São Paulo, SP)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus)
