About the role
- Lead and manage the Account Managers team;
- The team is responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of clients, with a focus on account retention and expansion (farming);
- Identify and diagnose opportunities within existing clients, mapping needs and creating value propositions;
- Build relationships with decision-makers using executive-level communication and a consultative approach;
- Manage stakeholders, adhering to internal and client processes and workflows;
- Navigate across different products and services, structuring value propositions aligned with client needs;
- Conduct negotiations and manage delivery expectations and targets;
- Organize and manage time and priorities in a dynamic, cross-functional environment;
- Maintain a sense of urgency and high quality in client service;
Requirements
- Strong people management skills
- Experience with KPI strategy and team management
- Technical knowledge in consultative selling, account retention, and account development (farming)
- Experience in account management and corporate (B2B) client relationships
- Analytical ability to identify business opportunities
- Strong communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (São Paulo, SP)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus)
