- Actively mentor and guide team members, supporting their professional growth
- Oversee the day-to-day management of a team of technical professionals

- Liaise with engineering stakeholders to communicate the team's tooling and system requirements
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience guiding technical decisions
- Ability to monitor progress and adapt to challenges
- Experience with some of the following technologies: Python 3, Flask, TypeScript, Vue.js, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Amazon Web Services
- Degree in Software Engineering or a related field
- Nice to have: experience in web technologies, data science, and cybersecurity
