Account Manager

• Lead client onboarding end-to-end, ensuring a smooth start and helping clients expand coverage and unlock data insights post-implementation.
• Own key success metrics — product adoption, support performance, renewals, and customer satisfaction — and take full accountability for the outcomes in your portfolio.
• Run Quarterly Business Reviews with strategic insights and actionable recommendations that help clients get more value from Flanks.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and partner with Sales to grow revenue within your accounts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client needs, delivering high-quality, responsive support (~50% of the role) on operational and product-related topics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Tech, Product, and Sales to represent client needs internally and drive continuous service improvements.
