About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead client onboarding end-to-end, ensuring a smooth start and helping clients expand coverage and unlock data insights post-implementation.
- Own key success metrics — product adoption, support performance, renewals, and customer satisfaction — and take full accountability for the outcomes in your portfolio.
- Run Quarterly Business Reviews with strategic insights and actionable recommendations that help clients get more value from Flanks.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and partner with Sales to grow revenue within your accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client needs, delivering high-quality, responsive support (~50% of the role) on operational and product-related topics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Tech, Product, and Sales to represent client needs internally and drive continuous service improvements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of experience in banking, financial services, or asset management in a client-facing role — Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders (C-suite, directors) — you can build trust quickly, hold a room, and push back when needed.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear recommendations for clients.
- Highly organised, with strong prioritisation skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts independently without losing quality.
- Proactive and structured problem-solver — you anticipate issues before they escalate and stay calm under pressure.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or IT preferred.
- Language Proficiency: Native-level French and fluent English required. Additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, German, or Scandinavian) are a plus.
