About the role
- To work with clients across multiple time zones.
- Manage senior LinkedIn personal profiles (4 > 6 Profiles once training has been completed).
- Outreach, engagement, posting of content (Content is provided), general account activity and various activity-based KPIs.
- Ensure a positive and professional client service experience.
- Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
- Create and implement personalised communication strategies for clients.
- Develop clear objectives for each client and the strategies to achieve such.
- Assist with challenging client requests and provide solutions to improve workflow efficiency.
- Work cross-functionally with all stakeholders in the company to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients.
- Identify opportunities for growth within our platform/service offering.
- Manage the onboarding process of new clients.
- Ensure on-time delivery of work and deadlines.
Requirements
- Previous Entry level role as an account executive, social media manager, or digital marketing executive in either a creative agency or corporate setting.
- Proven understanding of personal branding, communications, and marketing.
- Solid experience with MS Office and Google Apps (particularly Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides).
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- An understanding of client’s business objectives.
- An understanding of consumer behaviour across various markets and consumer profiles, both locally and internationally.
- The ability to think strategically and develop innovative and creative marketing strategies.
- Excellent writing proficiency and content creation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and a good level of mathematical ability (statistics and numbers).
- Strong research and problem-solving skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree, National Diploma in Marketing or a relevant field is preferential.
- 1> 2 years previous work experience.
