About the role

  • Serve as the first point of contact for our Private Bank clients
  • Support requests from clients and third parties
  • Create detailed documentation to resolve inquiries
  • Conduct telephone activities and reply to emails
  • Troubleshoot Internet Banking profiles

Requirements

  • High School Degree or Equivalent
  • 2+ years of banking and/or financial institution experience
  • 2+ years of customer experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or some level of college coursework (preferred)
  • Salesforce/Touchpoint or comparable CRM experience (preferred)
  • Expertise with MS Office Suite (preferred)
  • Expertise with FIS/DNA or comparable banking applications (preferred)
