Revenue Operations

• Drive commercial strategy: regularly analyze sales performance, key KPIs, and relevant metrics to measure commercial success. Act as a strategic partner to C-level executives and stakeholders, delivering actionable recommendations to optimize performance and achieve core business objectives.
• Data analysis: leverage large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends. Use SQL to query, extract, transform, and analyze the data required for commercial planning and analysis.
• Planning & collaboration: co-lead the sales planning process across all markets together with the Senior Commercial Planning Manager. Define short- and long-term commercial targets by translating data insights in close collaboration with Commercial, Marketing, Fulfillment, and Assortment teams.
• Visualize & inform: design compelling Tableau dashboards and presentations that bring data to life, turning complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that inform decision-making at all leadership levels.
• Process improvement: continuously develop and refine our planning approach, striving for more dynamic, automated, and scalable workflows and tools.
• Influence & act as expert: serve as the go-to person for strategic analyses and ad-hoc requests. Your precise findings and recommendations directly influence senior leadership decisions and shape long-term company planning.

• Bearbeitung laufender Buchhaltungsaufgaben wie Verwaltung des Posteingangs, Verarbeitung von Rechnungen, Erstellen von Zahlläufen und Abstimmung offener Posten.
• Durchführung technischer Prüfungen und Abstimmungsarbeiten zur Sicherstellung von Genauigkeit und Compliance.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Lead-Accounts-Payable-Team, um reibungslose Arbeitsabläufe sicherzustellen.
• Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie Projektarbeiten und Ad-hoc-Aufgaben.

• Führung der Forderungskonten unserer Kunden aus dem In- und Ausland, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellen
• Sorgfältige und präzise manuelle Rechnungserstellung für B2B-Kunden
• Durchführung des B2B- und B2C-Mahnwesens und Unterstützung bei Nachbereitungsschritten wie Forderungsabgabe an Inkasso
• Ansprechpartner:in für Bankmanagement und Zahlungsdienstleister:innen
• Mitarbeit in den Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach IFRS und HGB
