About the role

  • Manage customer engagements, with a focus on ensuring customer success through implementation, adoption and expansion of Fivetran
  • Deliver solution design following industry and Fivetran best practices, whilst keeping in mind customer requirements
  • Work alongside the wider Account team to develop and execute the adoption of Fivetran’s products
  • Act as a primary liaison point between your customers, Product and Engineering
  • Provide value-added support to adjacent organisations, such as Marketing and Customer Support
  • Contribute to internal initiatives, such as the development of business processes to enhance the Fivetran stakeholder experience

Requirements

  • Fluency in both French and English
  • Proven ability to take ownership and accountability for the success of their customers and customer projects
  • Being self-motivated, proactive and organised when working with customers and internal stakeholders alike
  • A dedicated team player who values quality and collaborates to help everyone succeed
  • Being comfortable in deep technical conversations as well as managing customer relationships.
  • Previous experience with any of Fivetran, dbt, AWS, Azure & GCP, including any solution architecture accreditations is a bonus.
  • Project Management accreditation is a bonus.
