About the role
- Develop and lead content strategy tailored to fintech and proptech audiences (investors, tenants, agents, developers, customers).
- Create and manage editorial calendars covering blogs, landing pages, whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.
- Write and edit high-quality, SEO-optimized content; collaborate with writers, designers, and SMEs where needed.
- Ensure brand voice consistency and compliance with regulated industry standards.
- Own technical SEO: site audits, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, crawl/indexing optimization, and backlink strategy.
- Conduct deep keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with product, design, and dev teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across platforms.
- Monitor SERP performance and implement strategies to improve rankings and domain authority.
- Define KPIs across traffic growth, lead generation, domain authority, and organic conversions.
- Leverage tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and SurferSEO.
- Build dashboards and deliver clear reporting on performance, insights, and recommendations.
- Repurpose content across email, LinkedIn, industry forums, and PR opportunities.
- Partner with PR, influencer, and industry networks to amplify reach.
- Experiment with content formats (video, infographics, podcasts) for audience engagement.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of hands-on content marketing and SEO experience in fintech, proptech, marketplaces, E-commerce, real estate, or app-based businesses.
- Proven ability to design and execute SEO + content strategies that drive measurable organic growth.
- Strong technical SEO skills (Core Web Vitals, site architecture, schema, backlinks).
- Exceptional writing and editing skills in English, with the ability to create long-form and conversion-focused content.
- Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO).
- Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Experience working with regulated industries and international audiences is a plus.
