About the role

  • Design and execute the marketing and monetization strategy for creator accounts, driving traffic and conversions from platforms like TikTok, X, Instagram, Reddit, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Oversee performance marketing operations, including content scaling, audience segmentation, and multichannel distribution.
  • Analyze traffic and conversion data daily to identify trends, high-performing content angles, and funnel bottlenecks.
  • Work closely with the Head of Creator Relationships to align marketing strategies with each creator’s niche and growth goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in growth marketing, e-commerce, affiliate, or performance marketing.
  • Proven experience scaling short-form content systems across multiple platforms.
  • Strong command of Multilogin or GoLogin, proxy usage, and browser isolation for multi-account management.
  • Experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Reddit, X, and their respective algorithm dynamics.
  • Familiarity with bio link platforms (Koji, Beacons, Linktree), tracking tools (Google Analytics, Bitly, Switchy), and content tools (CapCut, Descript).
  • Deep understanding of funnel optimization, conversion metrics, and UTM tracking.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and deliver consistent results with minimal oversight.
