About the role
- Lead the requirement gathering and design of AI-driven conversational solutions.
- Facilitate discussions to translate overarching business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Thoroughly document solution designs using tools such as Lucidchart and Voiceflow.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and analytics techniques.
- Monitor vendor roadmaps and industry trends.
- Leverage your expertise working in a customer-facing role.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Cognitive Science, Linguistics, or similar.
- 4+ years’ experience as a Conversation Designer or similar.
- Experience in Professional Services or other Customer-facing roles.
- Hands on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning and evaluation.
