About the role

  • Gain a strong understanding of our small business loan products, target markets, and sales processes
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients and support the senior sales team by handling loan-related inquiries
  • Manage a high volume of outbound calls (120–150 per day) to current and previous customers
  • Transfer qualified and interested customers to a Senior Sales Representative to complete the renewal

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport with business owners
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly process-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits
  • Paid Training - typically 1 week in length from 9:00am-6:00pm Mon-Fri (EST)
  • Status - Full Time 40 hours, Benefit eligible 1st of month after 60 days
