About the role
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with a strong focus on converting leads into sales
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Build rapport and establish trust with customers through clear, confident communication
- Overcome objections and negotiate effectively to close sales
- Accurately document customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in CRM systems
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services when appropriate
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings, pricing, and promotions
- Adhere to call center scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality standards
Requirements
- High school diploma
- 1+ year of call center, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proven ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales
- Comfort working toward sales goals, quotas, and performance metrics
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM or call center software
