About the role
- Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified appointments.
- Provide professional product demonstrations and customized solutions.
- Close deals and work toward meeting/exceeding sales goals.
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
- Assist homeowners with financing applications and payment options.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ Years of experience in in-home sales (home improvement, remodeling, solar, windows, etc.)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills – Ability to build rapport and close deals.
- Customer-focused mindset – Passion for home improvement and delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills – Ability to work independently.
- Tech-savvy – Comfortable using Google Docs, Spreadsheets, and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation – Required for attending in-home appointments.
- Valid Home Improvement Salesperson License – Required for attending in-home appointments.
