About the role

  • Own a portfolio of assigned partners
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans
  • Meet or exceed annual revenue and retention goals

Requirements

  • 10+ years of demonstrated success in technical B2B account management
  • 5+ years of business-to-business account management, sales, or client relationship roles
  • Experience working with regulated industries, particularly banking and healthcare
  • Strong preference for candidates with managed services or MSP sales experience
  • Strong consultative selling skills
  • Technical fluency with IT infrastructure and Microsoft technologies
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue, retention, and expansion targets
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM or similar tools
