About the role
- Own a portfolio of assigned partners
- Develop and execute strategic account plans
- Meet or exceed annual revenue and retention goals
- Lead executive business reviews and long-term planning conversations
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder expansion opportunities
- Proactively identify client risks and growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate forecasting, account plans, and opportunity tracking
- Mentor and support junior Account Managers
Requirements
- 10+ years of demonstrated success in technical B2B account management
- 5+ years of business-to-business account management, sales, or client relationship roles
- Experience working with regulated industries, particularly banking and healthcare
- Strong preference for candidates with managed services or MSP sales experience
- Strong consultative selling skills
- Technical fluency with IT infrastructure and Microsoft technologies
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue, retention, and expansion targets
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM or similar tools
