About the role
- Own Pre-Sales
- Articulate, present, and discuss the full portfolio of Five Nines managed services and solutions
- Strategize with clients and prospects to architect winning solutions
- Accurately document client environments and create detailed statements of Work (SOW)
- Partner with sales and operations teams for pre/post sales activities
- Translate complex technical concepts for business drivers and client benefits
- Stay up to date on emerging technologies and best practices
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining availability for well-designed solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years of pre-sales or sales engineering experience
- A solid understanding of Microsoft platforms including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, and Azure infrastructure and platform services
- Experience with virtualization and application delivery technologies such as VMware vSphere and Citrix Virtual Apps/Desktops
- Familiarity with next generation firewalls and secure networking
- Experience performing requirements gathering with prospective clients
- Experience writing statements of work and appropriately determining pricing and cost
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
- The willingness to travel approximately 50%
