About the role

  • Own Pre-Sales
  • Articulate, present, and discuss the full portfolio of Five Nines managed services and solutions
  • Strategize with clients and prospects to architect winning solutions
  • Accurately document client environments and create detailed statements of Work (SOW)
  • Partner with sales and operations teams for pre/post sales activities
  • Translate complex technical concepts for business drivers and client benefits
  • Stay up to date on emerging technologies and best practices
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining availability for well-designed solutions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of pre-sales or sales engineering experience
  • A solid understanding of Microsoft platforms including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, and Azure infrastructure and platform services
  • Experience with virtualization and application delivery technologies such as VMware vSphere and Citrix Virtual Apps/Desktops
  • Familiarity with next generation firewalls and secure networking
  • Experience performing requirements gathering with prospective clients
  • Experience writing statements of work and appropriately determining pricing and cost
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • The willingness to travel approximately 50%
