About the role

  • Collaborate with the Client Relationship Sales team to manage client relationships, provide consultative input, understand client learning needs, and act as a subject matter expert in support of credit-related Sales pitches
  • Help prepare and execute sales calls that include attention to credit-related topics
  • Help identify and support internal champions at client and prospect institutions
  • Provide guidance in solution generation, managing the process of determining client needs and opportunities, and ensuring the sharing of all our capabilities as appropriate, crafting compelling recommendations in the process
  • Provide pricing and licensing input, and otherwise support proposal preparation
  • Support the provision of product demonstrations and presentations
  • Understand and articulate customer learning goals and desired outcomes from the delivery of our solutions
  • Coordination and communication with Fitch Learning sales, product and implementation teams to ensure delivery in line with customer expectations
  • Relationship building with senior client stakeholders, providing high-level briefing on delivery performance and impact / effectiveness
  • Creation and/or delivery of data-driven analytical insight reports to support narratives around customer success
  • Account planning activities to enable contract renewal and / or extension, wallet-share expansion, and cross-sell execution.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in credit-related training, lending, or financial services consulting, with direct exposure to Corporate & Institutional, Commercial, Small Business, and/or Retail lending
  • Proven track record supporting enterprise sales cycles and customer success activities, including solution design, proposal development, and senior stakeholder management
  • Experience with learning solution delivery (e.g., eLearning, blended learning, coaching) and familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms and data-driven reporting
  • Willingness to travel 5–10% for client meetings, events, and conferences.
