About the role
- Lead a team of analysts covering esoteric corporate ABS transactions
- Drive the strategic development of Fitch's esoteric corporate ABS business
- Provide sector expertise across multiple esoteric ABS asset classes
- Represent Fitch externally by articulating credit views
- Develop and mentor a high-performing team of analytical talent
- Champion analytical excellence and leverage new technologies
Requirements
- 12-15+ years of experience in structured finance, specifically in Oil & Gas PDP, Digital Infrastructure, CLNs, Future Flow
- Established thought leader in esoteric ABS markets
- Proven experience managing and developing high-performing analytical teams
- Strong understanding of corporate finance fundamentals, structured finance mechanics, and cashflow modeling
- Direct experience in leadership roles at a rating agency or investment bank is a plus
- CFA charter holder or other relevant professional designations, advanced degree in finance, economics, engineering, or related field
