About the role

  • Lead and support contract negotiations with issuers, with a particular focus on China‑based clients
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to drive revenue growth and enhance client retention
  • Support APAC GRM administrative processes, including data collection for management information and reporting
  • Assist with the generation, review, and cross‑checking of Mandarin language contracts
  • Support senior regional team members in negotiations through pitchbook preparation and collation of issuer‑specific intelligence
  • Create, maintain, and analyse performance metrics to track results across assigned portfolios
  • Conduct competitive analysis of products and pricing across markets
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of departmental databases, including CRM and reporting tools
  • Collaborate closely with global GRM colleagues to ensure team objectives and revenue targets are achieved

Requirements

  • A strong interest in economics and global financial markets
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas, filtering, and reporting dashboards
  • Experience with data manipulation, database interrogation, and structured reporting (ad hoc and recurring)
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English, written and spoken
