About the role
- Design and deliver high-quality training across wealth and asset management programs and academies—via in-house, virtual, and public courses—to improve client decision-making, risk management, and portfolio outcomes
- Translate complex wealth management concepts into engaging, practical learning experiences aligned to client objectives and Fitch Learning quality standards
- Prepare and continuously enhance training materials and assessments to reflect evolving industry practices, regulations, and product innovations
- Support business development as a subject matter expert—participating in scoping calls, tailoring proposals, and presenting program solutions to client stakeholders
- Serve as the first point of contact for content, technical, and process questions related to wealth and asset management, strengthening client trust and program effectiveness
Requirements
- Extensive wealth/asset management experience within an investment manager, commercial or investment bank, financial regulator, or similar financial institution
- Proven presentation skills and confidence teaching complex topics to diverse audiences (virtual and in-person)
- You are an effective communicator with a passion for education and measurable impact on learner outcomes
