About the role

  • Develop and maintain the CMS roadmap in alignment with the overall product strategy and analyst needs.
  • Lead the modernization of BMI’s Content, aligning content enhancements with improvements to our end-to-end workflow.
  • Drive AI feature development, including tools for assisted writing, summarization and quality checks.
  • Lead the product development lifecycle, discovery, design, and iterative delivery of CMS and AI capabilities.
  • Conduct user research with analysts and editorial teams to inform prioritisation and feature design.
  • Manage and prioritise the product backlog, defining clear success criteria for CMS and AI features.
  • Translate complex workflows into intuitive, efficient user experiences.
  • Run Agile ceremonies such are refinement and sprint reviews and lead cross-functional squads across multiple geographies.
  • Collaborate with downstream squads who consume BMI research to ensure accurate and timely delivery to clients.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure buy-in and adoption of new capabilities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product management, ideally with CMS or content workflow platforms
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to lead distributed teams
  • Ability to balance technical complexity with user-centric design.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in content creation or editorial processes.
