About the role

  • Lead the development and enhancement of our eCS website, a digital self-service portal for cardholders.
  • Participate in the definition and communication of product vision and roadmap for eCS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI design, marketing, and customer support.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and drive sprint planning.
  • Write comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTMs), and user stories.
  • Facilitate story refinement sessions for clarity and detail in user stories and epics for the development team.
  • Engage closely with clients to gather feedback and understand their needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in developing digital applications, specifically within credit/debit products.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in an Agile environment.
  • Proficiency with UI/UX design tools such as Figma and a solid grasp of design principles.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards, ensuring digital products meet compliance requirements.
  • Experience with analytics tools to assess product performance and user engagement.
  • Familiarity with distributed technologies, including APIs and databases.
  • Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
