About the role
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy focused on Embedded Finance (e.g., BaaS, API-based solutions) and Digital Assets (e.g., crypto, tokenization, smart contracts)
- Own the full sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—while maintaining strong relationships across C-suite and enterprise clients
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals, training, and mentoring to hit revenue targets
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance to align go-to-market and client engagement strategies
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership platforms to drive market awareness and lead generation
- Forecast revenue, track pipeline metrics, and report progress to senior leadership with strategic insights
Requirements
- 8+ years of sales experience in fintech, financial services, or crypto/digital asset platforms; with proven leadership experience
- Deep understanding of embedded financial products and the digital asset ecosystem, including regulatory nuances and platform technologies
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills
- Strong operational mindset—able to build scalable systems, workflows, and reporting frameworks
- Existing network within fintech, financial institutions, or digital asset partners in the US and/or globally is a major plus
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree is advantageous
