About the role

  • Act as the main point of contact for CardConnect agents to aid with sales, solutioning, onboarding, activation, support and escalations for Integrations through the Agent partner channel.
  • Drive partner growth to targets through Integrated Solutions and Partnership conversation to complete execution and maintain ongoing relationship.
  • Facilitate questions and issues on behalf of agent partners and integrated partners.
  • Provide unparalleled white glove experience for our agent relationship and integrated partners.
  • Maintain reporting and executing internal audits as needed.

Requirements

  • High school graduate/GED
  • 5 years of payments proven experience working with Agents/ISO/ISV and or Merchant Services in a customer facing role.
  • Experience with both the business development and account management side of sales.
  • Ability to travel 30%
