About the role
- Act as the main point of contact for CardConnect agents to aid with sales, solutioning, onboarding, activation, support and escalations for Integrations through the Agent partner channel.
- Drive partner growth to targets through Integrated Solutions and Partnership conversation to complete execution and maintain ongoing relationship.
- Facilitate questions and issues on behalf of agent partners and integrated partners.
- Provide unparalleled white glove experience for our agent relationship and integrated partners.
- Maintain reporting and executing internal audits as needed.
Requirements
- High school graduate/GED
- 5 years of payments proven experience working with Agents/ISO/ISV and or Merchant Services in a customer facing role.
- Experience with both the business development and account management side of sales.
- Ability to travel 30%
