About the role

  • Scale the Client Ambassador Program strategy, operations, and engagement model across Financial Solutions
  • Partner with product and business leaders to align Ambassador coverage to strategic solutions and priorities
  • Implement and optimize the reference management platform, including governance, adoption, and reporting
  • Leverage client health insights to identify advocacy opportunities, emerging risks, and proactive engagement strategies
  • Support governance for critical and at-risk accounts by providing data-driven recommendations and insights
  • Strengthen feedback loops across Client Health, Voice of the Client, and Advocacy programs to improve client outcomes
  • Identify program gaps, risks, and scale opportunities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Influence stakeholders and communicate clearly with leaders to align on priorities, outcomes, and program value.

Requirements

  • 5 – 10 years of experience in client experience, program management, customer advocacy, product enablement, marketing, communications, or related field
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated success translating strategy into scalable operational processes
  • Experience defining metrics, dashboards, and reporting to measure program performance
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and build partnerships across teams
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing initiatives with enterprise-level visibility and impact
