About the role
- Scale the Client Ambassador Program strategy, operations, and engagement model across Financial Solutions
- Partner with product and business leaders to align Ambassador coverage to strategic solutions and priorities
- Implement and optimize the reference management platform, including governance, adoption, and reporting
- Leverage client health insights to identify advocacy opportunities, emerging risks, and proactive engagement strategies
- Support governance for critical and at-risk accounts by providing data-driven recommendations and insights
- Strengthen feedback loops across Client Health, Voice of the Client, and Advocacy programs to improve client outcomes
- Identify program gaps, risks, and scale opportunities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Influence stakeholders and communicate clearly with leaders to align on priorities, outcomes, and program value.
Requirements
- 5 – 10 years of experience in client experience, program management, customer advocacy, product enablement, marketing, communications, or related field
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated success translating strategy into scalable operational processes
- Experience defining metrics, dashboards, and reporting to measure program performance
- Ability to influence without direct authority and build partnerships across teams
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing initiatives with enterprise-level visibility and impact
