About the role

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of developers, automation engineers, and support engineers
  • Act as the FTS Product Manager/Lead for the service automation platform
  • Ensure compliance with all corporate requirements
  • Own a secure, unified private cloud provisioning experience delivered through a single self‑service portal and APIs
  • Lead development of a global on‑premises infrastructure provisioning platform supporting both Day 1 (provisioning) and Day 2 (lifecycle management) operations
  • Enable repeatable server provisioning using engineered patterns that optimize consumption of underlying data center capacity
  • Recommend and execute business-wide strategies and escalate significant risks or delivery issues to senior management as needed
  • Lead quarterly Product Increment planning sessions

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience with networking, systems engineering, virtualization, and private cloud technologies
  • 7+ years of experience managing VMware environments, including vCenter and vRA/vRO
  • 5+ years of experience delivering infrastructure automation platforms in regulated enterprise environments
  • 5+ years of experience managing cross‑functional teams and operating at both strategic and execution levels
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
  • Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Prior experience in a Product Manager role
