About the role

  • Maintain a consistent meeting cadence with each client—onsite or remote—to ensure proactive communication and relationship strength.
  • Educate clients on relevant company updates, initiatives, and impacts in a clear and value‑focused way.
  • Create a responsive, easy communication environment through predictable updates, structured messaging, and reliable follow‑through.
  • Act as the primary client advocate, driving collaboration across internal teams to deliver value and resolve needs.
  • Lead and manage client escalations by taking ownership, coordinating internally, and ensuring full resolution with clear communication.
  • Develop and execute Client Action Plans for key accounts to maintain alignment, progress, and long‑term success.
  • Track and follow through on all commitments, proactively updating clients before they need to ask.
  • Conduct post‑issue reviews outlining what happened, how it was resolved, and how recurrence will be prevented.
  • Support client visits, business reviews, and conferences, ensuring effective preparation and organized follow‑up.
  • Maintain administrative accuracy, including billing review, documentation, and internal alignment on client activities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in client relationship management, service delivery, and/or sales to C-Level executives.
  • Experience in debit and credit card processing, including an understanding of transaction flows, settlement, network rules, and card program operations.
  • Experience in electronic banking, mobile banking, and/or payments.
  • Bachelor’s degree, and/or equivalent military experience.
  • Experience with eCRM software such as Salesforce.
  • Working knowledge of Fiserv account processing products, online banking products, and business units.
  • Experience with Fiserv systems or applications.
  • Additional certifications in banking or financial technology fields.
  • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.
