About the role
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of complex systems infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including configurations, operations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Monitor system performance and implement performance tuning measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and systems.
- Conduct system assessments and implement security measures.
- Provide advanced technical support and guidance to ensure system reliability.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in systems engineering.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in systems engineering
- 3+ years of experience with system design and implementation
- 3+ years of experience with Linux and Windows server environments
- 3+ years of experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- 3+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- 3+ years of experience with automation tools like Ansible or Terraform
- 3+ years of experience with scripting languages like Python or PowerShell
- 6+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience
