About the role

  • Conduct quality reviews of vendor deliverables with a high degree of accuracy
  • Analyze error patterns at a macro and micro level - showing an ability to present data-backed findings to senior stakeholders
  • Serve as main point of contact for contract vendors, maintaining a strong, collaborative relationship
  • Oversee and produce reporting on vendor activities to be presented to state-level executives

Requirements

  • Experience in government-related work, applying state-level policies to validate submitted paperwork and/or similar discipline
  • Experience working with data, including but not limited to collecting, organizing, analyzing, and presenting data
  • 5+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience and/or military experience
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Experience working with and creating reports for executive-level consumption
  • Experience presenting detailed information to key stakeholders
  • Experience with Indiana State Health care and Social Service policies
