About the role

  • Lead, manage and motivate a team of successful Business Consultants and Area Sales Managers across the UK.
  • Develop sales and lead generation strategies in this business-to-business environment (B2B).
  • Leverage Clover partner relationships to source sales opportunities.
  • Build a sustainable pipeline of new business with consistent performance across the whole team.
  • Recruit, retain and manage a highly effective sales team via day-to-day management and training plans.
  • Continually improve the quality of sales in terms of customer longevity, complaint levels, regulatory obligations and standards.
  • Represent Fiserv values of embodying the highest ethical standards and ensuring team does the same.

Requirements

  • Track record of managing teams and delivering high level of results and motivation.
  • Track record of implementing and managing organisational change to achieve KPIs and objectives.
  • Track record of delivering high level of results against multiple KPIs, ability to use data and insight to drive improved performance.
  • Ability to adapt to short cycle sales environment and constantly evolve the sales strategy.
  • Knowledge of Product Lines being sold and their profitability, risk dynamics end-to-end.
  • Experience in selling a range of value added solutions and deep knowledge of their features and benefits for customers.
  • Track record in recruiting, retaining and motivating high calibre staff and managing performance across individuals and teams.
  • Experience of sales incentive plans and their design to generate optimal business outcomes.
  • Highly effective at Stakeholder management and ability to partner effectively with non-Sales teams like Risk, Compliance, Product to achieve optimal business outcomes.
  • Highly self-driven and motivated and high expectations of the team.
