About the role

  • Provide a holistic view of the overall project to the organization and all stakeholders
  • Define the overall scope by building and maintaining a consolidated timeline
  • Identify and communicate dependencies and impacts to ensure ongoing control
  • Define governance, outline roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and critical issue paths
  • Ensure success criteria are defined upfront to promote alignment and actively lead to expected outcomes
  • Actively communicate progress on an ongoing basis, ensuring visibility throughout the lifecycle
  • Facilitate alignment and approach for all related Fiserv business areas to meet One Fiserv objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent military experience
  • 7+ years of project management experience in driving large-scale projects in a matrixed environment
  • 5+ years of experience utilizing Project Management tools such as MS Project, Visio, and Power Point
  • 6+ years of relevant consulting experience
  • Ability to travel up to 25% within the United States
