About the role
- Ensure that Fiserv delivers on its commitments to clients
- Support the teams and drive solutions while ensuring client satisfaction
- Interact with internal Fiserv resources to understand current and prospective client needs
- Develop and present tailored solutions based on customer requirements
- Support various internal teams through the sales cycle including sales and proposal management
- Work with product and technology teams to determine options which may require future development or new offering opportunities
Requirements
- Knowledge of Plastic Manufacturing & Personalization operations and related systems
- 8+ years of an equivalent combination of educational, work and/or military experience
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field required
- Strong experience in relationship building with both Internal and External business partners
